The Solution: SimplePay

SimplePay is a payment solution integrated into CDK Global products, enabling users to process payments seamlessly across different platforms. The solution supports multiple payment methods, including cash, credit card, bank account transfers, "Invite to Pay" (a payment request feature), and "Buy Now, Pay Later" options for flexible payment financing. Additionally, SimplePay provides advanced reporting features, offering businesses detailed insights into payment transactions for better financial management and analysis. This integration enhances user convenience and streamlines payment processes within CDK Global's ecosystem.

Below you will see some examples of slides used for the discovery workshop. This workshop included product owners, SMEs, Dev Team leaders and was facilitated by UX team.
