As a designer, I am really a story teller. I want to understand my users needs, define the problem and then create elegant, effective solutions. I then test those solutions and improve. I find that a unified, ego free approach with focus on the goal always generates fantastic results.

As a product lead I will work with and mentor other designers. I team up with dev managers, product owners, marketing and business leads to get a full picture and plan…often in 5 different time zones. I have learned to adapt and adjust perspective and I keep that as philosophical attribute in my work and life.
